Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
